## Vision

> [!IMPORTANT]
> **The official XSERIES website, where fans understand the game, follow its players, pick their team, and stay connected between editions.**

Those four verbs are the four [USPs](/strategy/usp/) the product has to make felt:

```viz-flow
## Understand the game
kicker: Chaos
tone: product
- How to Play and active cards in the Match Center | [Opportunity 2, 4, 9](/strategy/peluang/#opportunity-details)
## Follow the players
kicker: Stars
tone: product
- Player cards and the edition archive | [Opportunity 5, 6](/strategy/peluang/#opportunity-details)
## Pick a team
kicker: Characters
tone: product
- Team pages, rivals, and the MVP vote | [Opportunity 10](/strategy/peluang/#opportunity-details)
## Stay connected
kicker: Community
tone: product
- School-to-arena stories between editions | [Opportunity 8](/strategy/peluang/#opportunity-details)
band: Tickets, FAQ, and the waitlist are still required, but they serve all four rather than being the face of the product.
```

## Product principles

1. **Mobile first.** The main audience comes from IG and TikTok on their phones.
2. **One screen, one answer.** Schedule, prices, and rules can be understood without long scrolling.
3. **Cards as the UI language.** Players, rules, matches, and predictions appear as cards. See [Digital product UI direction](/visual-direction/arah-ui/).
4. **Complement, don't replace.** Tickets stay on GOERS, video stays on YouTube. The website brings them together and adds context.
5. **Every visit adds data.** Waitlist and account prompts appear at natural points, not at the front door.
6. **Feels like a game.** XBall is designed like a game ([Format & rules](/research/format-dan-aturan/)), so the product speaks the same language: cards you can flip, ranks, XP, and levels. The limits: no money or betting, and the schedule and tickets are never hidden behind game mechanics. These features carry a **Game** label in [Features & priorities](/strategy/fitur-dan-prioritas/).
7. **The face of the product is led by the USPs, basic features support it.** The home page and shared pages open with cards, legends, and teams. Tickets and FAQ are always one tap away, but they are not the opener. See the [USP matrix](/strategy/usp/#which-features-strengthen-which-usp).

## Product form per phase

| Phase | Form | Contents |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | **Website** (responsive, static + CMS) | Home, XS-3, schedule, tickets, rules and cards, teams, players, FAQ, news, waitlist |
| 2 | **Match Center / Live Match** (part of the website) | Live score, active cards, timeline, predictions, MVP vote |
| 3 | **Fan accounts** | Profile, player card collection, prediction history, presale access |
| Optional | App | Not starting with a native app: the event is only 2 days per edition. Reconsidered only if Phase 2–3 data shows repeat usage |

## What is left out on purpose

Own ticketing, own streaming, a fantasy league, paid points, merchandise, and a native app. The reasons are in the Won't column in [Features & priorities](/strategy/fitur-dan-prioritas/), and the summary of choices is in [Strategy summary](/strategy/ringkasan-strategi/#strategic-bet).

## Related pages

Reading order for the Digital product section after this page:

1. [Product references](/strategy/referensi-produk/): patterns from other products, ending with a MoSCoW priority
2. [Features & priorities](/strategy/fitur-dan-prioritas/): what gets built in each phase, including the [fan prediction game](/strategy/fitur-dan-prioritas/#fan-prediction-game) summary
3. [Information architecture](/strategy/arsitektur-informasi/): all features laid out as pages
4. [Content model & CMS](/strategy/model-konten/): how those pages are filled

## Research basis

- IG is the main XSERIES channel, and the TikTok in use is the GOS account @futsalseries: [Digital touchpoints](/research/touchpoint-digital/#touchpoint-map). That the audience arrives on phones is an assumption. There is no device or demographic data yet ([D3](/research/pertanyaan-terbuka/#q-d3)).
- Tickets are sold on GOERS and video plays on the GOS YouTube channel: [Digital touchpoints](/research/touchpoint-digital/#touchpoint-map), from [GOERS](https://www.goersapp.com/events/xseries-3--xseries3) and [YouTube @gamesofsociety](https://www.youtube.com/@gamesofsociety)
- One edition runs two days with four matches: [Format & rules](/research/format-dan-aturan/#tournament-format), from [GOERS](https://www.goersapp.com/events/xseries-3--xseries3). The schedule is not fixed (XS-1 Sep 2025, XS-2 Jan 2026, XS-3 Jan 2027), so the count is per edition: [Edition timeline](/research/timeline-edisi/#edition-summary)
- Mapping the four verbs to the four USPs and principle 7 are the design team's proposal: [USP](/strategy/usp/), [Opportunity map](/strategy/peluang/)
- The rest are proposals from the design team, not yet validated with client data. See the [Open questions](/research/pertanyaan-terbuka/).
