> This audit is built from public material on Instagram [@xseries___](https://www.instagram.com/xseries___/) (feed and all highlights) and YouTube [@gamesofsociety](https://www.youtube.com/@gamesofsociety). Official brand files (vector logo, fonts, color guide) have **not been received**, so every finding here is based on screenshots.

The hex values are estimates from screenshots. Measurement details are in [Color palette](/visual-direction/palet-warna/).

The XS-3 direction is the strongest and the most "characterful". These docs recommend XS-3 as the **starting point of the digital product's visual system**, with the note that each edition may still have its own accent. See the [decision to make XS-3 the starting point](/visual-direction/log-keputusan/#vd-01) in the Visual decision log.

## XS-1: the court as a screen

![XS-1: LED court](/assets/evidence/xs1-1.jpg "XS-1: blue LED court with the repeated text 'GAME WITHOUT LIMITS'. Source: IG highlight @xseries___.")
![XS-1: match atmosphere](/assets/evidence/xs1-2.jpg "XS-1: results, rosters, and venue atmosphere. Source: IG highlight @xseries___.")

- The most distinctive element is the **LED court floor**: light blue (`#599ad4`), with text running across the surface.
- The X SERIES logo is already in use, but the other graphics are still generic (story templates, white text over photos).
- Strength: the court itself is the medium. This idea is worth keeping for the digital product (for example, the court as a canvas for card animations).

## XS-2: duel of legends

![Falcão vs Ricardinho](/assets/evidence/falcao-ricardinho-1.jpg "XS-2: Falcão vs Ricardinho, 'Battle of the Century'. Source: IG highlight @xseries___.")
![All GOAT](/assets/evidence/xs2-all-goat.jpg "XS-2: documentary content with warm grading (sepia/gold). Source: IG highlight @xseries___.")
![Presscon](/assets/evidence/xs2-presscon.jpg "XS-2: press conference with a blue-purple backdrop. Source: IG highlight @xseries___.")

- Color shifts to **blue-purple** (`#3254a1`, `#5c43b7`) for the key visual and backdrop.
- Documentary content (airport arrivals, school visit, photoshoot) uses **warm grading** that feels authentic and "behind the scenes".
- The duel material uses a face-off composition, the classic boxing poster formula.
- The weakness: no system ties the graphic and documentary material together. They feel like two different brands.

## XS-3: The Unorthodox

![Here's what you need to know](/assets/evidence/xs3-faq-cover.jpg "XS-3: FAQ cover and ticket story. Arena render with red light above and teal at the side. Source: FAQ IG highlight @xseries___.")
![XS-3 player cards](/assets/evidence/xs3-players-1.jpg "XS-3: player cards. Playing card rank in the corner, player seated on a throne, red-teal ornamental frame. Source: IG @xseries___.")
![Ticket key visual](/assets/evidence/xs3-ticket-keyvisual.jpg "XS-3: ticket key visual, 'TICKET AVAILABLE' and 'GET YOUR TICKETS NOW'. Source: TICKET IG highlight @xseries___.")

- **Deep black background**. About 60–70% of the pixels in XS-3 material are almost black (`#040403`). See [Color palette](/visual-direction/palet-warna/).
- **Two lights**: red from above, teal/cyan from the side or below. This gives a night arena feel and also reads as two sides.
- **Logo**: "X SERIES" with a mint-cyan gradient, the edition number "3" in red.
- **Player cards** use a playing card layout: rank (A, Q, J, P) in the top left corner, repeated upside down in the bottom right corner, a filigree-style ornamental frame, and the player seated on a throne in a black tracksuit with the X logo.
- **Typography**: bold condensed capitals, often italic, with the player name as the largest element.
- **Arena render**: an aerial view of the court amid a full stand, used for the FAQ, tickets, and announcements.

> [!TIP]
> The XS-3 visual language already matches the content of the format: cards (X Cards, President Cards) appear as playing cards, and the "president" appears as a throne. This is rare for an event brand, and it is the asset to bring into the digital product.

## Elements that stay consistent across the three editions

Read row by row: a full dot means the element is clear or dominant in that edition. A row that moves between columns is an element with no rules yet.

```viz-matrix
cols: XS-1 | XS-2 | XS-3
corner: Element
legend2: Clear / dominant
legend1: Partial
- X SERIES wordmark | 2 | 2 | 2
- Edition number | 1 | 1 | 2
- Dark background | 1 | 1 | 2
- Condensed capitals | 1 | 2 | 2
- Blue / blue-purple accent | 2 | 2 | 0
- Red + teal accent | 0 | 0 | 2
- Player card template | 0 | 1 | 2
```

The details:

| Element | XS-1 | XS-2 | XS-3 | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| X SERIES wordmark | Yes | Yes | Yes, with a mint gradient | Consistent |
| Edition number | Present | Present | Red, attached to the wordmark | Getting stronger |
| Dark background | Partial | Partial | Dominant | Getting stronger |
| Condensed capitals | Partial | Yes | Yes, italic | Consistent |
| Accent color | Blue | Blue-purple | Red + teal | **Changes every edition** |
| Player card template | None | Player poster | Playing card | New in XS-3 |

## Identity gaps

These four gaps have no rules yet. Each note states the consequence and the question the client needs to answer.

## Gaps
tone: pink
sub: From the audit of public material
- **No visible brand guide.** The accent color changes every edition with no fixed core color | XSERIES does not yet have an instantly recognizable color like Coca-Cola red or Twitch purple | [V4](/research/pertanyaan-terbuka/#q-v4), [V5](/research/pertanyaan-terbuka/#q-v5)
- **Weak team identity.** The four franchises (Lynx Hunters, Grim Reaper, Nova Titans, Fury Squad) appear on banners and jerseys, but each team's logo, colors, and rules are not documented. See [Franchise teams](/research/tim/) | Team pages cannot be designed with fixed colors yet | [V6](/research/pertanyaan-terbuka/#q-v6)
- **Information material is still in story form.** The FAQ and ticket prices are images, not text | They cannot be searched, translated, or read by a screen reader | Can the FAQ and price text be sent as a document?
- **The vector logo is not publicly available.** The logo in these docs is an SVG approximation | Every page uses the approximate logo | [V2](/research/pertanyaan-terbuka/#q-v2)
```
